I park here every time I fly out of PIT.  It's a way better experience than the Extended or even the Long Term lots on-airport.  All of their spaces are covered and it’s even cheaper, to boot.  You can make a reservation on-line in advance to be sure there is a spot for you, and you can get points toward free parking with their Spot Club loyalty card.

When you arrive, you’re directed to an available space, and the shuttle van pulls up right behind your vehicle.  (No dragging your luggage to a central pick-up point like at PIT.)  Their drivers are friendly, normal people who load your bags in the van for you.  (Something PIT shuttle drivers do NOT do.)  The driver gives you a card with your row and space number written on it, so you can easily find your vehicle on the return trip.

The lot is just off the I-376 loop and the drive to the air-side terminal takes only a couple minutes.  (I don’t think it’s any longer than the time it takes a PIT shuttle to get to the terminal, as they make several stops along the way.)  Once you arrive, the driver offloads your luggage and are you are on your way.

Upon returning to PIT, there’s usually a shuttle waiting in the passenger pick-up area or a couple minutes away.  You can now even track the location of their shuttles on the app.  When you get back to the lot, the shuttle driver brings you right back to your car and loads your bags for you.  (Remember to bring a couple bucks cash for the drivers, they really bust their butts for the customers.)  On the way out, the cashier gives you a complementary bottle of water for each person in your vehicle.

Once when I was away on a three-week business trip, I came back to a dead car battery.  Their staff grabbed a booster pack for a jump-start and I was on my way in minutes.  I was glad I wasn’t at PIT where I would have had to wait considerably longer for help.

If it sounds like I’m way too excited about having found this place, I am.  I have flown out of PIT for years and parked in Long Term or Extended.  I thought off-airport parking was for cheapskates and would be inconvenient.  I could not have been more wrong.  The Parking Spot is such a nicer experience that I’ve told all my co-workers about it.  Give it a try and I think you’ll like it as much as I do.

I've used this location and their services a couple times and it's been positive on both occasions. The shuttle service was quick both to and from the airport. The staff are friendly and the prices are reasonable. I definitely recommend using this service.

Off-airport covered parking with a complimentary shuttle. The parking shuttle returns you all the way to your car at any hour of the day or night. Once, when I came home from a business trip in the wee hours of the morning during the winter, the driver waited to make sure my car would start before he drove off. That's what I call 5 star service!

Usually a sure choice for us. Covered parking with frequent shuttle service. Last time our driver did not step out of the shuttle to pick up our bags, but most of the time they do. Last time, we also had a spot in the first row because there was room and the shuttle was already waiting there. Previous complaints have been addressed promptly and to our satisfaction, and we have used our points for free parking, so we will definitely keep using Parking Spot!

Because it's covered, it's nice if you know it's going to be dumping snow during your trip or will be pouring rain when you return. Their systems, processes and tech are pretty bad though. The people who work there try, but if anything is out-of-the-usual, they aren't empowered and lack the tools to resolve problems on the spot, and things turn into an inflexible, bureaucratic mess.
