How can a parking place be awesome?  That's what I thought till I tried these guys.  I use the valet service, pick up their valet and drive to the airport and the valet drives off with my car.  When I land I call to let them know and they have my car pulled under a shelter and warmed up for me.  They always offer me a bottle of water on the way out.  I've had them wash my car while I was away and they did a fine job on that.  All the staff has been friendly.

Always friendly staff! Ease of making the reservation on-line is great! Drivers are always ready to pick you up no matter if its at your car or in the airport ground transportation area. I have used them 4 times know and never disappointed.

This service is the best. Everyone is always friendly and the shuttles pick you up right at your car. They are usually sitting waiting when we pull in. Checking out is always easy and the attendants are super nice!  I love that they offer a cold bottle of water for your drive, also. 😊

I have been parking at The Parking Spot for a long time, nearly 20 years and at two different cities. My experience is basically the same at both locations.  They are conveniently located near the airports and offer ample parking spaces. The shuttle drivers are usually very friendly and courteous, sometimes quiet - always efficient.  My only complaint is it seems there is little thought to scheduling shuttles to coordinate with flight arrivals; particularly late night flights. On several occasions, I have had to wait with nearly a bus full of people for 10-15 minutes or more for a shuttle to arrive. Seems to me that if they were paying attention to arrival times that they would schedule shuttles they be at the ready for service.  Still,  I go back to The Parking Spot because of everything else that is to my liking.

We always park here when taking a flight from CMH. Rates are much lower than the parking at the airport. Shuttle service is great, drivers always help with baggage. We usually don't even have to call for a shuttle as they are on a constant cycle from the lot to the airport.
