I'm a food courier and can only speak to my experience with the customer service when picking up food here.

The server who helped me place my customer's order was very nice and treated me like a customer. She offered me a water in a to go cup while I waited and was very accommodating while I placed the order. I also observed her wishing many satisfied diners a good night as they left the restaurant and she seemed genuinely friendly and happy to interact with them.

Not every place treats food couriers as nicely as she treated me (particularly because we are not able to tip the staff when picking up food). I really appreciated her excellent customer service and wanted to leave a positive review. I'm only sad that I didn't think to get her name before I left so I could give her the full credit. Hopefully somebody at the restaurant sees this and can pass it along so she knows her kindness and good customer service was noticed and appreciated.

My favorite pizza in town.  Used to be a hair salon a long time ago so the location itself is really cool!  Food and staff are on point.  Perfect place to frequent. I particularly love their music here. Sit at a high top and enjoy the view of their herb garden🙌

Fun place with trendy drinks and pizzas.  I love how they make drinks into an art at the bar.  They use all kinds of crazy ingredients and different forms.  It was like a lab, and I loved that.  I really liked the appetizer and the pizza of the day was good even though I'm pretty sure it was missing it's main ingredient...hazelnuts.  My friend and I could not find a single piece of nut in there.

The Parlor is awesome! The atmosphere, food, wine, cocktails and service are top-notch. The building their in has a cool history...it used to be a hair salon, and the cool, mid-century cinder brick wall in front is original. They even saved a part of the wall with the painted ladies on it (Check out the historical photos near the restrooms). Very cool. And most importantly, as a vegetarian always looking for options, It has one of the BEST veggie burgers in the Valley! I wouldn't say it holds together well. It will be messy if you insist on picking it up to eat it, but man oh man, the flavor! It is a must try. I always get it with cheddar cheese (doesn't come with cheese) which sends it over the top. Also, just recently I tried their caprese for the first time. And seriously, the BEST I've had! Such subtle flavors perfectly balanced.

Ryan was our waiter. Extremely impressed by his knowledge of everything on the menu and ability to guide our eating experience. We were actually about to walk out because the menu looked full of designer pizzas. But after Ryan explained to us the history and concept and different choices, we were very intrigued. Wonderful place and wonderful food, atmosphere is 10/10.
