Thank you so much to Pet Heaven for the care, compassion and love they gave to me during the loss of my lifelong kitty Buttons who was with me for 19 years. From the kindness at the beginning to the beautiful tribute items I received.  The perfect clay paw print, the beautiful Journey Book and everything else was so special which is what Buttons deserved.  I am thankful that I was  with her when she crossed over the Rainbow Bridge.   The entire staff at Pet Heaven are so amazing and comforting during such a difficult time.   I thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Losing my princess was not easy... but thanks to Alexis Roman & the Pet Heaven team, I can finally say that I feel a sense of closure bringing Misu home again. We got a paw print disc done, it came out absolutely perfect. Pet Heaven is truly such an amazing center. Alexis was so kind and understanding, I am so grateful for Pet Heaven.

I started working for Pet Heaven/The Pet Loss Center  at the young age of 23 years old.  Now at 56 years old I am still working for this wonderful place.  The care and integrity that goes into each and every fur baby's cremation or burial is why the staff here never leaves.  I have come to cherish all our pet parents and their fur babies as family.  I hope to continue on my path to helping families honor the final journey of their beloved companions

I am so grateful for the experience I've had at Pet Heaven. I recently had to put my 16 year old lab to sleep and it has been so difficult to deal with. Ileana guided me through the whole process and I was at ease knowing that my beautiful girl, Darla, would be treated with love and respect after passing. Ileana was very kind and comforting, I was able to cry and she hugged me. It was so nice having someone understand what I'm going through and share their experiences . Everyone in the office was so attentive as well! I had the large river rock with Darla's paw print done and it was absolutely gorgeous! The journey box and necklace were beautiful. Thank you Ileana and Pet Heaven for such a peaceful experience. I would highly recommend Pet Heaven for your beloved pets, they will be in good hands.

Wonderful place, there treat me with so much love, I have to put my dog down when I was going trough a lot having my mom in Icu, my dog start bleeding she had a perforated hernia and it was nothing that could help her, we came from Broward because we call and we felt the love and compassion and there exceed my expectations. Thank you for her paw, there are beautiful. Thank you so much . In loving memory of Ally! Love you and miss you my princess ...
