When you stop in the store, you may find some faces you have known for years. The owners and staff have over 70 years of combined experience working in the retail pet supply industry. Unfortunately, we have watched first-hand as many of the "Big Box" stores have lost focus on what is most important. It is supposed to be about enriching the lives of people and their pets. We here are all pet owners and pet lovers just like you. We do not think of our pets as property, they are family!
