Nicoletta is a Hair God. I have been dying my hair since I was 6 years old, and she's the best stylist I've ever been to. I am always hesitant to trust new people, because I aaalways would end up with a brassy, muddy ring around my head where the virgin root met the previously dyed hair - I typically let my roots grow a couple inches out before hitting the salon, and somehow this seemingly stumps every stylist I've encountered. Not Nicoletta. She offered up the solution like water off a duck's back, like it was nothin. I am left with stark white roots from scalp to finish EVERY time and she has protected the integrity and condition of my hair for years now. I don't want anyone else ever touching my head again. Oh and I never want a cut but the one time I did, she managed to not alter my length at all and still give me a killer shape. I mean I really can't say enough good things. Super easy to talk to, super good vibes. I'll leave her in my will.

I went to a lady named Nicoletta Gauci here and it was an awful experience. 

While reading please keep in mind I have done the same thing to my hair for the past 10 years. This girl was super nice the first time I went in, but a couple days after I got home the roots were bright yellow and did not match the rest of my hair. She apologized on her fault and told me to come in the next morning and she would fix them (offered for free). She did my hair again this time, trying to fix my roots and after I got home and took a shower the next day with same products I always use, I realized more than half of my hair was destroyed and falling out from whatever chemicals she put on it.
**I have hair past my shoulders and now majority of it is only 6 inches long!!!!!**
She did tell me before I went in that my hair was damaged but I have been told that by my previous hair lady and everything has always been a perfectly fine result, as I go every 8 weeks. She did agree via text that she should have talked to me more about it, but never did.
I sent her pictures of my hair and how much of it was gone and she offered me a full-refund for the inconvenience but stating it was not at her fault cause she only touched my roots. BUT as a customer, she is the last person to touch my hair, and the result was most likely due to over processing my hair has broke off. She told me she would get back to me later that evening to process the refund and she then said she changed her mind and would give me two treatments instead.
She had just told me that morning she was offering me a full-refund, and now asking me to go back to her and get treatment instead, which I don't feel comfortable doing because of my previous experience. I called her on the phone and she said she didn't mean to offer a refund cause she hadn't had her coffee for the day and it was too early.
When I originally approached her I didn't want to cause something chaotic, but she came in attack mode and never felt for my emotion of the fact that I hate my hair and look awful. She hung up on my phone call after I told her I was going to get someone involved cause I am out 90$, and feeling extremely uncomfortable with the way I look.
I just feel like this could have easily been worked out, she didn't once apologize for the fact that my hair is destroyed and then left on her word about the 90$ refund.
