The team of therapists were very equipped to do their job in helping me gain mobility and strength for my hand, wrist and lower arm. I could tell that they cared about the people that came through the facility. They combined their professional knowledge with helpfulness, encouragement, and empathy.

Overall just Meh seems very rushed. You're told to do a certain stretch or exercise with very minimal guidance/supervision. For example, heres what you're going to do, here's how to do it and then do it for 3 sets of 10 while I jump over to the next patient. There's no personal connection or guidance that you'd expect from someone that's supposed to "guide" you on your "road" to recovery. There's just non of that. They have a factory belt line system; you're just cycled through. There needs to be attention to detail. There needs to be a one on one hands on experience that this place quite frankly lacks.

I started PT on 5/30/17 and can't believe how wonderful I am feeling. The pain in my sciatic area and down my leg has improved beyond my expectation. The staff is wonderful, very encouraging and attentive to the needs of all people requiring therapy. They have flexible scheduling times and I would recommend this facility highly to anyone.

All the staff members of this Physical Therapy location [at 730 S. Broad Street, Lansdale, PA 19446] are genuinely caring, absolutely professional, and characteristically polite. They have all sorts of equipment and resources for the excellent practice of their profession - that's a great credit to the entire company - but from my point of view, the greatest credit should go to whoever interviews and hires the company's human resources. Apparently, that person understands the personalities that fit the company's line of service. Way2Go Guys & Keep up the good work! - Chris C. Obilam, Captain U. S.
