Was on hold for over an hour on the phone just waiting to see when my next appointment was because I felt I may have missed it. Well after an hour+ on hold I drive to the office to see what's the hold up. Well would you believe that the office was empty and no receptionist was waiting on the phone. I showed them the hold time o was waiting for and was floored that the office was empty. So I made sure I had no more business with them and have decided to leave this practice. It does not help when the last 2 visits I came here for my wife they were overbooking the doctors and waited 45 mins to an hour each time after her appointment time to be seen by the physician. A little rediculous how this office is being ran. I wouldn't refer them at all. To be fair I have been dealing with them for over 2 years as a patient and have given the multiple chances but this is the straw that broke the camel's back.
