The Pilot House, humm, very disorganized, confused wait staff. Do not order the drink Ms Jackson, because after waiting 15 minutes and not seeing our waiter, the Host was checking on our drink, came back and told us they were having to look up the recipe...Food was good.

The service here is wonderful and the food is normally good, however I feel like management tends to look down on you or sit you in the areas less attended to if you don't "dress the part". I understand this is supposed to be a high class restaurant with the "best view in Natchez" but to feel judged upon walking in a restaurant is never a good feeling! You can't judge a book by it's cover and just because someone wants to walk in with a t-shirt and their work pants on, does not mean that they aren't just as important as the man in the $15,000 suit two tables down. As I said, the servers are great, the food is good, but the hostess/management needs some reviewing.
