I'd prefer not giving a star at all. This place is disgraceful. They arent as understaffed as they are just plain LAZY. Witnissing stafg falsify doccumenyd so many times i lost count. Watching over a years time of nurses falsifying charting. Bullying family members and fridnds. Purposefully putting a patients life in danger. Lying to patients and family members. Then lyinf to cocer their ass. NOTE TO THE PINES AT PLACERVILLE. YOUR BEING PUT ON NOTICE. BE WARNED. BECAUSE OF YOUR NEGLECT AND CAUSING UNJUSTIFIABLE DAMMING TO A FAMILY AND MAYBE MANY FAMILIES, MANY PEOPLE HAVE COME FORWARD WITH ACTUAL TRUE DOCCUMENTATION AND THERE ARE PEOPLE THAT ARE NOT A BIT SCARED OF MAKING TRUTH BE KNOWN. BRING ALL YOU HAVE BECAUSE SOME PEOPLE ACTUALLY HAVE WHAT IT TAKES TO TAKE YOU DOWN PERMANENTLY. TELLING THE TRUTH IS SOMETHING YOU ALL NEED TO LEARN HOW TO DO

Not enough staff and very poor care of the patients.  I would not recommend putting any family member here.

Rude, lazy, inconsiderate facility.. She's gone! 💔 of not being with her,  4 hours,  We can't get that time back.. I edited it for personal reason's.  😇💔😢😡😡

Wonderful Staff, and great facility. The management cares deeply about the residents, and a fulfilling and rewarding work environment. When you walk in, the energy is palpable, halls filled with bustling staff and engaged residents. Clean and always hygenic, with a bright and cheery atmosphere. I highly recommend this facility.

Great staff with wonderful,  caring hearts. Highly professional and dedicated team. Pleasant setting amongst the pine trees in a lovely neighborhood.
