Getting Back Home
At Western Slope Health Center our goal is to make you feel better and return home with the strength and skills you need to function and accomplish daily tasks.

To facilitate this objective we have developed a multi-step program, the only one of its kind in El Dorado County, which utilizes rehabilitation suites. These private and semi private suites are designed not only to offer a unique rehabilitation therapy experience, but with their realistic living environment will help you regain your highest level of independence.

Our one-of-a-kind suites are complete with kitchenettes, living area and full bathroom. As your strength and endurance increase, the suites allow you to practice everyday living skills such as cooking and cleaning.

When your rehabilitation is complete, our team assesses your living arrangement. We'll get your home ready with equipment rental and home modifications if necessary and we will take you home in our specially equipped, courtesy van.
