Story

The concept of a suburban restaurant in a growing community outside a thriving city is not new. It’s new when the theme is fresh locally grown food at old school prices in an easy going atmosphere. It’s new when it is about creating lasting relationships in a community restaurant. It’s warm when the exposed kitchen has a masterful wood-burning brick oven as its center piece. It’s welcoming when the fire place flickers around the dining area tables filled with patrons and children. It’s traditional when brick walls, slate and wood floors are surrounded by sunny windows and a painting of the beach hanging on the wall. It’s memorable when the back ground music is upbeat, all enveloping the gregarious sounds of a restaurant theme to create culture in that community, with great food, a great atmosphere and freshly brewed beer.
