You know that part at the beginning of "Beauty and the Beast" where Belle goes into that one bookstore/library she obviously visits a lot because he knows what she likes and what she has previously gotten from him? Yeah that's how I felt the first time I came here. The store is small but the selection is wonderful. There are so many books on my to-read list that Aaron carries that it is a great personal struggle to decide what to buy at any given time. I might be biased, but the man has great taste in books. It doesn't hurt that all the books, used and new, are in pristine condition. But more than that, he obviously loves what he does and pays attention to his customers. He is willing to talk to you and get to know what you like so he can make suggestions. When I got excited because I found a biography of James Dean, he went and pulled a book from the shelves I had missed that was an in-depth account of the making of "Rebel Without A Cause". I may have lost my mind a little bit. I also brought my mom here when she was in town, and he very kindly recommended a few things for her. My mom purchased one that he recommended and cannot stop raving about both the book and Aaron. Bottom line, this is by far my favorite bookstore in Utah. I cannot recommend it highly enough.

Best bookstore in the valley hands down; and that is to thank to Aaron - who makes you feel right at home and can help you find a book you are looking for or point you in a direction of other books you may like based on your tastes.

The best bookstore I've visited. And I've been around. The most discerning collection you'll find.

Best book buying experience of my life. I am thankful for the day I walked into Printed Garden! As soon as I walked in I felt comfortable and cozy. I bought a few books on various subjects and was very satisfied. I also got to know the lovely employee working at the time. I met her husband and mother, and we talked for an hour and a half about everything. I felt welcomed as soon as I walked in. This is my go to store. Barnes and who???? :] Printed Garden is the way to go!
