This was a horrible experience. I arrived at the restaurant, and the hostess seem like my party was bothering her; but she finally found a table for us. 

It was a party of three, and we waited 15 minuets to be greeted by a server, and 25 to get waters without straws. One of my guest asked for a straw and the server never came back. Finally after sitting for 35 minuets in a half empty restaurant we left. 

I called the manager, and let him know of my displeasure. He invited me and my guest back but we declined. 

This will be my last time going to this establishment due to poor customer service.

The food was absolutely delicious.  The service was awful.  The restaurant did not appear to be busy, but we waited forever to be greeted after we were seated by the hostess.  Our waitress was clearly "in the weeds."  Took our drink order and returned with our drinks.  Took our food order, and then we never saw her again.  She did not check on us once during the meal.  If she had, I would have had the chance to tell her she brought me the wrong beer.  At the end of the meal, I thought it was a busboy, my wife thought he was a manager, but this guy whisked my beer off the table, and I wasn't finished with it.  

I had the corned beef rueben.  It was delicious. The corned beef was sliced thin, tender and juicy.  Bread was soft, but hearty.  My wife had the chicken caesar salad.  Chicken was tender and delicious.  

Because the food was so good, we are willing to give them a second chance, hoping they were just having a bad night.

Ate here just once and the food was awesome!  Ordered several appetizers like scotch egg's, wings, etc., and they were all incredible.  Certainly that British pub atmosphere from the bar to the mahogany trimmed room.  Cool place.

The wife talked me into the place.  It's GREAT!  Good food.  Huge portions.  Terrific staff.  What's not to love?

The atmosphere was great the service was very poor replace the french fries were under the fish making them very soggy also it took three times to get a flight of beer they kept bringing me the whole beers. However the fish was fantastic. The service was slow other people got their orders before we did also they Got out checks turned around. It took almost 1 hr to get our food. I normally do not complain about service but this time I am
