We are a family of (6) without a babysitter, so finding a restaurant that is really accommodating for a family that size is hard. It is the people at Maggiano’s that make this dining experience exceptional. Chris is one of the managers that we have come to know by first name. He is always personable and goes out of his way to make sure that your experience is second to none. I met Kareem for the first time today and he was just as friendly and accommodating. Even Chef Humberto comes from the back from time to time to visit tables and ensure your dining experience exceeds your expectations. If you are looking for a great dining experience with equal ambiance to match, look no further, this is your place. People always have time to write a bad review when the service is poor, but for people to take the time out of their day to write these great reviews in addition to mine, means something special is taking place here. Enjoy.

We were in town for a convention this weekend and were looking for a place to eat after a long day. When we found Maggiano's Little Italy we were all a bit nervous since it was a place that we had never been to before. When we first walked in the hostess greeted us With a smile and took our names down. We could tell this was definitely a popular establishment because it was very busy. When our table was ready the hostess took us there and in a few minutes our waitress (Tina was her name) came over and offered us fresh bread, went over the chef specials, and took our drink order. She was fast, courteous, and always on top of refills on drinks as well as getting us things we needed. We ordered our food and when It came out it smelled and tasted fantastic. This was by far the best Italian food we have had in a very long time. We would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for good eats and great service in the Atlanta area. We found out just before we left the restaurant that they opened up a Maggiano's only a couple hours from where we live. We are so thrilled and cant wait to go there.

We had a party of 14. They put us at two tables with dividers, which had us elbow to elbow without enough room to be comfortable. The waiter had to ask two managers to finally add another table. This is our third Thanksgiving dinner here. The two prior years we could order family style for eight and the others order individual entrees. This year, we were told the chef would only do family style for the entire table. Their service and ability to NOT accommodate their customers must make them feel that they are not any other restaurants. I guess they were worried about sharing, which we have never done. Sorry customer service, which we will have us moving our celebration to another restaurant.

We came here tonight to celebrate our wedding Anniversary with our children. The food was awesome and Service even better. Our server Brandon and the manager Mike made it extra special. Will be back soon! Thank you!!!

My first time here and omg!!! My all time favorite Italian restaurant by far. Food great and they give huge servings! Professional customer service! Awesome atmosphere. Well worth the money! I love it. I had moms lasagna!!!They even gifted me with additional pasta take home. Thanks Maggianos!
