We've lived for around 6 months no problems with bugs or staff.  Although our apartment is clean. Really sweet ladies! Safe place to live

I am so happy and pleased from my very  first visit to The Rail apartments. The ladies in the office are so great and honestly they made my decision to live here that more easy. I absolutely love living here as the apartment is perfect for me, it's so cute and friendly here and my dog enjoys being able to run around in their dog park. I couldn't ask for more. It has a little bit of everything here I know I made the right decision to make The Rail my place called home. Thank you all to the staff and giving me peace of mind. I am definitely happy living here.

A total scam, the stole my deposit and "Lost" my paperwork for months knowing it would cost more to sue than I would get out of them.  Additionally had bug problems and the office also scammed the person I was subletting form.  Do Not live here they will rob you and smile at you as they do it.

Horrible management they're lazy money hungry and pathetic. They don't fix anything and then claim not to have a work order. I go up to the office at least twice a week. i try to be nice but they mistake that for weak and try to talk to you any kind of way. HORRIBLE PLACE TO LIVE ! They have fleas and roaches. DON'T STAY HERE no matter how cheap the rent is go somewhere else.
