I have only used this “parking garage” for Greyhound pickup/dropoff. Its actually the bryan transportation center. The place is nice, as far as greyhound stops go—clean bathroom, nice enough receptionist(s), wall outlets and cleanliness overall. 3 problems: 1) their open hours are weird, so its not always best to come super earlier than the bus because you might be locked out in the cold/heat; 2) the vending machines only take cash 3) the only indoor seating is 2-3 2-3 person metal benches and they’re extremely hard and uncomfortable.

the front desk chick was too involved in scrolling thru Facebook and listening to her loud "offensive " rap music to even wait on people promptly at the desk.  Her music was terribly disturbing as well as her "I don't want to be bothered attitude. "

What a long wait, was tired of waiting but the ride was good with a jolly good fellow as the bus driver. The five star is for the driver, the station gets a zero star
