Very friendly servers. We had on exceptional server with glasses and he kind of had an accent. I cannot remember his name. We left him a good review on the receipt though! He was super fast and very nice! The food here is very good. one of the best burgers I have had!! very clean and the atmosphere is great

I ate there today around lunch asked for a BELT with lite mayo and the egg cooked thorough. The bartenders response was yeah we cook our eggs and would you like mayo on the side. I said yes. Not to hard right...? Well my sandwich arrived with napkins. But the napkins weren't for my hands. The bartender said I forgot to tell them no mayo so here's some napkins to scrap it off. Btw the restaurant wasn't busy at this time and they could've easily made a new sandwich for me.. not to mention my egg was partially sunny side up... in other words NOT COOKED THOROUGHLY!! Honestly I regret leaving a 1 tip on a 7 dollar tab and will never eat here again!! Thanks The Rail for screwing over yet another customer. Surprised you guys have a 4.2 rating! Get it together!!

Underwhelming. 

    I came to this place due to a recommendation from my friend. Me, my wife and son cams here with decently high expectations. When we walked in the atmosphere was very pleasant. Our waitress was a very amiable person. However when we ordered our drinks things started gradually going wrong. My wife and I ordered Long Islands and my son ordered a Coca Cola. Our Long Islands were too sweet and bland compared to any other we had. My son's Coke was obviously what you'd expect from a soda fountain drink. 

   After a little while of waiting for our waitress to come back we ordered our entrees. I got the Mojo burger which was decent but i've had better burgers from other restaurants. My son got an average chicken sandwich which I thought was decent. He said he didn't like it because some of the chicken was grilled for a little too long. He said he had better at school. My wife got a lamb burger which she said was disappointing. The fries were cold when we got them. We tried to Lemon Barbecue sauce. It tasted like Lipton's cold brew tea. 

   Overall this place was mediocre at best. I would not recommend to anyone.

Ohio BLT was very good. Our server was really nice and friendly. This was our first time here. We would eat here again.

Went here for lunch and what a great experience! The most attentive crew! Manager should be proud of the team working for him/her. Also, the food was bangin'. Would definitely come back....
