The overall experience was first class and it resulted in me feeling so relaxed when i left, even with emails and calls awaiting me.  Melissa gives an incredible massage and knocked out all the kinks in my shoulders/neck.  I really felt pampered and relaxed.

Awful experience I went on Saturday 12/15 to do a full gel set of nails I scheduled the appointment online first of all they charge $95.00 which is fine I was expecting to get top of the line service for $ 95.00 I get my nails done every two weeks first time going here and last first they don't cater to African Americans at all. I was barley acknowledged when I entered the salon I was seated with the nail tech LY I saw women being offered water tea coffee and asked how everything was again no acknowledgement again fine I had my own water etc. I said to myself hmm no customer service skills . My nail job was rushed the tech had to ask the gentleman working several questions she couldn't even turn on the UV light so I should've known my nail job would be awful.  I went back on Sunday to have the one broken nail and yesterday the whole gel coating came off I am very disappointed I've never had this happen I will be calling to speak with a manager just to tell them how unhappy  I am. I would never give them another dime highway robbery.. First impressions are everything and how you treat others and this first impression was enough for me to write this review that picture is of my nails today 2 broken nails and the $ 20.00 extra I paid for gel polish is also chipping off. Just the name alone insinuates excellent service not the case I will continue going to my normal nail salon paying less and getting awesome service.

Michelle is the most amazing hair stylist. I have thick, wavy, frizzy hair and she knows how to style it so it's easy for me to manage, without compromising length. She is patient and reviews with me what she's going to do before we get started. I always feel better after getting my hair cut with her. The atmosphere is relaxing. Services I've had include cut, color, and style. I love having my hair blow dried here. I have also had a pedicure before but the best feeling is getting you hair done on a Sunday so you're good to go for the work week!

Have been going to Reston Red Door Salon for many, many, many years. Kobra's professionalism, knowledge and expertise (and Tien for color) is a perfect reason to keep going back!!!

Ruby made my gel french manicure a marvel! Manet, who has recently been promoted, provided the best consultation prior to cutting my hair perfectly. According to the Announcement in the changing room future appointments Will be at current rat if booked befor the new year. Aesthetician did wonders (name is unused but l think it started with sh).
