I can definitely say that I have had one of the best salon experiences that I have had in a long time here at this salon. Unfortunately, my hair was extremely damaged due to past coloring and bleaching. Since I was in Reston for the day, I needed to have a refresh haircut to get all of the dead ends and damaged portions cut away. On a whim, I stopped by here to see if they had availability for a hair cut, and they did! I was greeted by an extremely friendly receptionist who offered me tea or water and that took my coat. I was then directed to my stylist Leanna, who  sat me down and gave me a consultation. She asked me about my hair history, and where I was looking to eventually be with my hair. She then gave me a scalp massage, a hair trementent with a hot towel, and trimmed and styled my hair to perfection. I was a little short on time, but she was extremely respectful towards that and made me feel comfortable and at home. This is one of the only salons where I have had a stylist come up with a game plan for restoring my damaged hair, and that helped me figure out what our next steps would be. I highly recommend Leanna, as she is extremely knowledgeable and professional; and will have you leaving with your  hair restored to perfection in no time!

I love the atmosphere,  my stylist, and the convenient location in the town center. They do a hot towel treatment on your head, offer aveda herbal tea,  and each staff member is incredibly friendly. I get compliments on my vibrant colors all the time!

I've been seeing Rhonda for 13 years at this Jouvence Aveda location. The front desk has always been accommodating and helpful, offering product knowledge, greeting me by asking if I'd like tea or water and taking my coat if I had one with me. And I've had many spa services with Rhonda who has always been wonderful. I've had my hair done twice here (just a style), once with a new stylist, once with an experienced stylist. Wish I remembered their names, but both experiences were great and included the full experience (best hair wash - so relaxing).

Rebecca was excellent.   I had to wait about 10 -15 minutes while she finished up with another client but I was greeted promptly, offered tea/water and Rebecca came over to tell me she would be a bit longer.   Once we met, she spent the time to ask what I wanted in terms of style, how I styled my hair, how often I shampoo, do I use a blow dryer etc... We talked about color and cut and she offered several ideas and observations.  She adjusted the base, did some high and low lights and gave me a great cut.  She said I would need a couple of cuts to get to the point she was looking for in terms of style but the interim is pretty darn good.  I liked her professionalism, her style and her willingness to listen.  I will definitely return.  I have had more compliments on this color and cut than I have for many years!
