Story

The first of its kind, this red, white and blue oversized speedboat has an awesome rooster tail spray that thrills its riders! Come with us as we roar through Ocean City's inlet to the mighty Atlantic.

Enjoy fun music, observe the scenic coastline, and watch for wildlife. We have frequent encounters with Dolphin, they love to play in our rooster tail.

Just spent an entire week her with Two RVs and 4 total adults. Park is very nice for being on sand and close to the water. Sites are growing grass as best as could be expected being only a year old or so. Pools were very nice as well as the food offered. Adult Pool made you feel like you were at St. Thomas or something. Trish our Bartender was simply amazing and loved seeing her  during her shift. She made our time there perfect. We will be coming back next year and hope to see even more improvements.

Even though we only stayed a night this was an awesome resort! We stayed in a cottage and it was very spacious, cozy, modern, and clean. Don’t forget to bring sheets and toilet paper! The closest wal mart is 25 min away. We felt very safe walking around at night and most of the place is gated. The main office has a gift shop, bottle shop, and cafe, this would be a very fun place to spend a vacation at.

Great place for camping.  Bathroom where clean  and all buildings are new. It is more adult oriented resort.  The only fall back is that there is no trees for shade. It gets hot...

Amazing experience! The campground is so spacious, friendly staff, the pool is impeccable, the swim up bar, food delivery, the beach, the pier is finished and so is the tiki bar, the dog beach is also fun! Overall, I can't recommend Massey's Landing enough! The grounds are seriously beautiful and well maintained! In a couple years the trees will grow and give more coverage and we can't wait to continue to watch them grow! Well done!!! :) See you next year!!

Cottages on water are very nice and have water views and small private beaches. Sites for RVs very packed and dont share same views. Not much of a camp feel, more like Yogi without the water park.
