Perfect place to stay in Estes Park. Facility is being remodeled. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Common areas include an indoor pool and game room. Staff is friendly and helpful. Plenty of free coffee, including coffee on each floor. Beautiful lobby. We had a very enjoyable stay and would stay there again if we went back to Estes Park.

This is a quaint, rustic family-friendly (newly renovated) hotel. Has excellent price point with nice accommodations. Only complaint was the lack of a coffee maker in my own room- a friend of ours who also stayed there had one! They did serve (lukewarm) coffee in the front lobby daily...but personally, I like my coffee a bit warmer- especially when it is 20 degrees outside! 
Coffee drama aside, I would still recommend this hotel for its pet-friendly/family friendly status, the awesome (free) game room as well as the pool and hot tub. Also the facility was very close to Estes Park, the Stanley Hotel and really only a stone's throw away from Rocky Mountain National Park. 
Would stay again!

We were invited by some friends to book this room over the weekend. The $99 special is what hooked us. For the price, I was very impressed. Perfect for kids. Both adults and our children enjoyed the pool and the game room. The simple continental breakfast was a nice surprise as well. Standard rooms are a little small, but comfortable. They are updated and had nice décor. We would definitely like to make this an annual trip if there is a $99 special in the future.

The Ridgeline looked great online, but let me down in person. We were told upon checking in that the poll was closed. I understand things break and have to be maintained, but if we had known ahead of time we wouldn't have stayed here. Despite the poll closure, the inside of the lobby, as well as our room, were beautiful. The remodel looks very modern and very nice. I would have some concerns if you have small mobile children; none of the room fixtures or furniture are fixed or anchored. The bathroom sink wasn't even attached to the wall. The bed was very comfortable, but that was the only good part about sleeping here. Apparently some other guests left their dogs alone in a room, and around 930 the dogs started barking, and continued doing so for a couple hours. This was one of the worst night's sleep I've ever had. 
The next morning we decided to leave rather than stay another night. The attendant at the front desk, Jim Bruce, was very nice and polite, and we checked out without any problems. The polite staff were what made this a three star visit, rather than a two.

Sweet staff, wonderful room, we did get a room next to the indoor pool which I was excited about. My biggest concern was that they play files in the pool area and they were SUPER loud, they did turn them down upon request but could still hear the movie in our room most of the evening. Pour over coffee option was lovely, breakfast was limited as a gluten free diabetic, mostly pastries. Overall lovely experience would recommend!
