I don't know how some of these people are saying they had negative experiences at this Room Place. I had an all around great experience, it went exactly how it should go when purchasing furniture. 
We had Ihsan Alghabban and he went above and beyond for us. He was extremely helpful and patient with us because we kept going back and forth with our decisions. This honestly is a good store that has reasonable and affordable prices. I definitely recommend this to you if you're looking to buy furniture.

WARNING TO ALL ROOMPLACE SHOPPERS.  Do not shop here.  What a terrible experience we had with their sofa set.  Ill share our experience.  First of this is my wife and my first house and first furniture shopping experience.  We went to Roomplace in Morton Grove and went for the nice leather recliner 3 seater, 1 seater and a 2 glass coffee table and it was not cheap.  We asked when they delivered to call us 30 mins ahead of time so we can make sure we were home, but no call ahead of time, they just show up.   Then we asked the guys delivering if they can take off their shoes or had covers to wear cause we just cleaned the carpet and they seemed surprised by that concept so we had to provide them with plastic bags to put on their shoes.  So they set up the furniture and coffee table then while we were trying out the recliner we noticed it was hitting the bar at bottom and the guy pulled on something and it was working for like 5 mins and the delivery men rushed out of there.  As soon as they left the bar start hitting again and we also noticed they assembled the coffee table in reverse.  So we call customer service told them the issue they send out another couple of people who shows up without warning and ofcourse they never heard of the concept of taking off shoes or putting on a cover either so we provided with plastic bags.  They fixed the table and said our floor was uneven that’s what causing the bar hitting.  I was like you are joking right,  then they told me to call customer service and left.  So second time now we call customer service and they send out a ‘tech’  (who actually took his shoes off), and he said this is a known issue and we need to get couch replaced and someone should be contacting us in a week.  Surprise surprise no one called us so after a week and half we called back and customer service wanted to send out another tech and we said absolutely not either replace the couch or give us our money back.   So they agreed to send out a new couch.  So 2 more great workers show up, still no idea what taking shoes off or covers mean and we provided plastic bags.  They set up new couch, and we noticed the cushion on one of them looked like it’s been used for last 10 years and the excuse we got was it was taped up in truck for a while that’s the reason and to call customer service to get a new cushion.  I am glad I didn’t buy more items from this place.  So future furniture shoppers you are better of renting a U-Haul truck going around your neighborhood and picking up old used furniture from the alley cause its better quality than what you will find here.

I buy  furniture from this place, and all is bad  Quality , on of the sofas comes in bad condition looks like used, and I buy 3 years  warranty  , and after one month I call complaining about the problem they say  we only cover the Fram ,
This is the worst place I see ever, first and last time I go in to room place
