Wonderful stay , First impressions matter , The minute we arrived we had a very warm welcome from the front desk. They were very helpful with restaurant suggestions etc. Darlene is GREAT .We travel far and wide and I would put her on the top of the list. Patrizia and Maria also were wonderful , sorry I didn't get the name of the young man ,but he is in their company. The location was very good, I liked that we could walk into town for dinner etc. and there is a good amount of parking. We would come back without hesitation .

Good location for business travel. I’ve stayed here before the interior renovations. I have to say the renovations have cheapened the feel of the hotel from what I remember. Apart from that, it was a decent experience. Nice staff fair prices.

I was in the bridal party for a wedding that had a block here. I booked a room for Friday and Saturday night but called to cancel Friday night earlier in the week. An employee from the hotel called to confirm that Friday had been cancelled, but on the day of the wedding they told my husband that they had made a mistake and cancelled Saturday by accident. So, on the day of my best friend’s wedding for which I was in the bridal party and on my birthday I was told that i had no room due to their error and that they were completely sold out. I understand that mistakes happen, but the way they handled it showed the gross incompetence of the staff and management. They made a pathetic attempt to find me another room at the Hilton which was also booked. They shouldn’t have stopped calling hotels until they found something, anything to offer.. what if I was from out of state? They also offered me nothing as compensation for their screw up, no free breakfast, no drink, no discount on my next stay... nothing. I also feel they should have bumped someone else... maybe the last person to book a room, since I was already there with my suitcase, in the bridal party and on my birthday. Someone was going to be pissed off regardless because they sold a room that shouldn’t have been sold, but this not only affected me.. the bride, groom and their families were embarrassed as well and other members of the bridal party were on the phone at the wedding helping me find another room somewhere else, which should have been handled by the staff that screwed up in the first place. Thankfully, I was able to find a room at a real hotel, the Garden City hotel, who actually has someone to assist with bags (I had to carry my suitcase up two flights of stairs at the Roslyn hotel) and.. they offered me a complementary drink for my birthday! Don’t book your wedding here, it’s too important of a day to risk on poorly trained management and incompetent staff. Judging by reviews I read while posting this, the inability to correctly mitigate an issue seems to be a pattern.

Bed sheets are not washed every visit. I saw hair from past guests still on the sheets. Stains from past guests remain also. Service is friendly and everything else looks very nice. There are very good cookies at front desk.

Clean and rooms are very nice. A really nice stay . Front desk very professional. Nice breakfast. A pleasure.
