Visited this hotel for a one night stay and the experience was wonderful. The staff was warm and welcoming made checking in and checking out a breeze. I will definitely be back.

We stayed here for a wedding. The staff was helpful and kind. Room was what you would expect. My only complaint was the pillows. Terrible pillows. Flattened into rocks while you sleep. Woke me up a couple times which is saying something cause I was very drunk

The staff is wonderful and the GM is great ... helpful they will and has gone over and above to make the stay with my 4 yr old daughter the best . Shade ,Alexis and the rest of the team has made my stay great . I will be sure to book with them again. Housekeeping is great also . A great home away from home .xoxo love it

I stay at HGI's all the time because of the outside sitting areas out front. Don't get that here, but there is one behind the indoor pool area. However, in my two stays the door always seemed to be locked. Staff is ok, seemed more interested in checking their cell phones. Breakfast staff is fantastic. Rooms are what you expect from HGI.

Very friendly staff. Didn't use any of the amenities, just some coffee in the morning. Property was clean and in a good location with many dining and shopping options located close.
