Every thing is good, they make a good burger and fries. Any thing I've ever ordered off of their menu has been delicious. The staff is friendly it's always super clean, the atmosphere is interesting and comfortable in that shabby chic kind of way. And there is usually some great music playing. I definitely recommend checking it out... That said. In a city built on burger and ice cream/custard joints, there are alot of other places to get a truly great burger. Ruckus definitely has a unique take on it- but it's just missing something to make it a 5star burger. Ska penguin or not. Edit: I would like to point out how great their fries are! Perfectly crispy, not too salty , skins on goodness!

The burgers are good if a little out of the ordinary. Their ice cream is great though. The black ice cream isn't tasty but it is kinda cool. The music here is always generic, but their sodas are great. They have outdoor seating with a fire that stays warm even in winter

The first thing, sadly, that stood out to me was that the employees could not look or act less excited to be here. I'm not expecting fine dining service , but I expect a little more than deadpan expressions and feeling like I'm asking for favor when I order a soda. The classic burger was subpar at best, and the bun was dry. Like several other reviewers said, the burger was flavorless and small. The fries were alright, but nothing special and also had limited flavor. It isn't that the place is too expensive, as it cost me $10 for a burger, soda and fries. It's that it just isn't very good. I went at an off time where I was the only customer, thus is probably the truest experience you could have. Can't blame it on being busy.

Berger is good. For some reason the staff seems really cold today. I don’t think the person who took my order even said a word to me. He is too cool?

Very good burgers and ambience for a semi-fast food place! Reminds me of a hipster fast food joint. They claim to use organic ingredients in their food (at least a few items as far as I'm aware). And have some unique ice cream sundae options. I would go back if there was one near me!
