Could not find track spikes for my 9 year old. Came here and they ordered her size. Got em 2 weeks later just in time for her first meet. Staff there are very helpful. Highly recommended.

Might be ok if you know exactly what you want before you get there. When I came in they asked me what brand and size I wanted. I said I was flexible. The person listed out a few brands, but I hadn't heard of most of them before. I tried on a few but the selection was small that it was hard to find anything that fit very well. Shopping on the internet is better because much more information is available or maybe a larger store with more options if you want to try out more options.

Everyone at The Running Shop is so helpful. They have a great selection of shoes and some awesome shirts paying homage to AZ and Tucson favorites among the local runners. They also host many packet pick ups for local races which is great with their convenient central location.
