I have had my hair colored and cut by Melanie twice with a third appointment on the way.  She really went out of her way, along with her instructors, to get the shade of auburn that I love.  The cut is fantastic. I also have had partial highlights done with Shelby which were beautifully done.  The salon is very nice & everyone is really friendly and aims to please.  I enjoy watching the students and instructors working together not just only on me but I also watch them work their art with other clients.

Give them a chance - you'll be glad you did!  I have to say how impressed I was with my haircut.

I went in, was greeted promptly and politely, then was taken back and my appointment began.  We did a brief consultation (I brought a photo), then I went back for a relaxing shampoo.  When the cut was about to begin my stylist brought over the manager/supervisor who gave her general instructions, and made the initial reference cut.  My stylist then continued from there, with regular check-ins from the supervisor through the process.

You probably need to leave a little more time than an average haircut, but I got a fantastic, high quality haircut at a great price.

On top of that, everyone was very polite and personable, and the facility was very clean and airy.  Great overall experience.

I have been going to Innovate Salon since the school opened under another - same good results.  I like the people and the service.  it's perfect for me: just a touch up of my gray, simple cut and blow out and I'm good to go.  Management very capable and they oversee their students at all levels.  Product they use and sell always good too.

I've been coming to Innovate Salon Academy for about 4 months for color touch ups and blowouts. I've regularly had hair appointments with Ava, who is outstanding. She's a perfectionist and therefore exactly what you want, she'll never let you leave the salon with a hair out of place, and Stephanie is always on hand to help and does an equally excellent job.

The supervisor, Ms. Kaley couldn't be nicer and is always at the ready to step in if needed.

Know before you go: they book up, so try to make appointments in advance, especially for Thursdays and Fridays.

I absolutely love this place! The people there are so friendly and  helpful. These people really care about customer service and making every visit worthwhile. When I went to get my hair cut, the lady made sure to style my hair exactly as I wanted it. This is the one and only place I go to for all my hair needs. Totally recommend!
