I have been to Ethos Spa on multiple occasions now and my experience has been great! I have had consultations with the technicians and Dr. Monica Soni and although their consultations are more direct it is apparent they are very comfortable performing the services that they offer. I decided to proceed with a procedure I have been wanting to do for a long time and I am very satisfied with the results!  Ethos Spa is a clean facility and the technicians definitely take the time to pay close attention to your comfort and care while getting a service performed. This made me feel more comfortable with choosing Ethos Spa for my procedure. I would genuinely recommend Ethos Spa to my friends and family.

Had a wonderful experience here.  Dr. Debra Petrowsky and the entire staff was so friendly and accommodating. The facility was clean. I felt very comfortable during my visit, and will definitely be returning in the future !! Highly reccomend .

I first want to say my first visit was very nice.. which was in May.. I went back again a,few weeks ago and got a totally different experience. My appointment was at 1pm. I arrived 10 min early.. once I got there I sat in the waiting area I waited an additional 15 minutes after 1pm.. so 1:15.. which is not entirely bad but not one person cared enough to say the doctor will be right with you. I was about to leave when suddenly they told me that the doctor is ready to see me so I basically went and sat in the chair and told her I just kind of wanted a little touch-up of what she did 3 months prior and I had asked her exactly how much she used in my last treatment and she told me that SHE DID NOT KNOW.. I found that to be 1. very unsafe and secondly very unprofessional .. I went on to tell the doctor exactly what I wanted and she agreed and that there was no issues that it would be very easy and very fast and she once again made me wait she told me I'll be right back and she reentered the room about 15 minutes later then I reminded her that since she did not have any record of what she used or how much you used at my last appointment I reminded her of what she used and she once again had to leave the room because apparently she had the wrong stuff.. she then went to get the correct stuff and when I went to leave after feeling as though she rushed me through the entire process they tried to charge me over $100 more than what I had agreed to pay the doctor.. I simply said I don't know how it came to that much we specifically spoke about how many units I would be receiving prior to her doing the work and the receptionist with kind of  a smug attitude said to me oh okay fine we'll take that off but it's this much and I said are you sure that's right because that's not how much I paid before  (per unit) and the receptionist went on to say Well it went up about $0.50 per unit which I thought would have been appropriate to tell me that before I started the procedure knowing what I was there for especially when I heard her talking about something along those same lines to other patrons she just failed to tell me personally. I left there feeling totally frustrated annoyed unhappy unsafe rushed and ripped off I will never be returning to ethos Spa ever again.
