In a jam on a Friday with a bad hot water tank, and by Saturday morning I had a tech out who identified all the issues and was able to replace the hot water tank in a timely fashion.  Matt was the tech that really did a great job of fixing all the issues that were done by a previous install, including gas line issues, a vent that was pitched incorrectly and could have been potentially very dangerous for the members of our family.  Matt was very informative and walked me through all the ins and outs of the new hot water tank.  I don't have enough great things to say about the service.  I also spoke to someone in the office in the dispatch department, Mark, who was able to stay in communication throughout the entire process which was good for my makes piece of mind.  Would definitely recommend!

These guys are amazing! They were quick to schedule and very helpful. Vincent did a great job when he was at my house. He worked diligently for hours in cold misty weather. He took his time to try and correct my issue. My issue needed further work due to a huge root blockage. Scottish Plumber quickly sent out another team the same day to help. I do not recall their names, but they were very helpful and worked so hard.

I would recommend The Scottish Plumber to anyone and plan on using them for all future plumbing needs.

Could not have been happier with there work!! Very great experience!! Jack was very confident in his employees and there work which I found very reassuring. I will definitely be recommending them!!! GREAT WORK GUYS KEEP IT UP!!!!

Lou was great.  He was personable, very professional and took as much time as needed to explain the issue.  His work was meticulous.  I would certainly call on him again.  Dealing with the company, however, was not so great.  They called 30 minutes prior to the start of the 2hr arrival time, and since I was not able to answer, they sent him to another job. They did not leave a message.  When I noted the missed call several minutes later, I called back and they stated confirmation was required.  This was never mentioned to me, and even if it is required, they should call the day before or earlier in the day so I have a chance to get back.  They promised he would definitely make it within the 12pm - 2pm time frame. He showed up at 4:15pm. They never called to say he would be late.  For sitting around all day, they offered me a whopping 5% discount (I already had my Angie's list promo).

Absolutely would recommend The Scottish Plumber and Mike R.  What a wonderful experience...from diagnosing the problem (at no charge) to coming back and arriving when they said they would - professional, attentive, thorough and fun! From a cold call to their offices (after seeing their van about town) to Mike R.'s amazing work, a 5 out of 5 experience!
