I've had great experiences with receiving plumbing services from this business. They've helped me out a lot with plumbing repairs and were able to answer many questions that I've had along the way . Their technicians were respectful of my property keeping all work areas clean throughout each work process. Ron has always been great with pricing and scheduling with them has been painless. I recommend using the fair plumber for any plumbing service needs.

I came home from work and discovered my sump pump wasn't working. The water was seeping up to the basement floor. I called the Fair Plumber and they had a guy out within 40 minutes. They installed high quality sump pump. The service was great. I will be using them again.

I needed a basic sump pump replacement.  I already had the replacement pump and I called the Fair Plumber to perform the swap out.  Not a complex job but they were on time and completed the work in 30 minutes.  Price was as expected.  I would recommend for residential plumbing needs.

I had these guys out twice in the past couple of months.  Once for my very very slow bathroom sink and once for my slow kitchen sink.  Both times I called, Ron answered and was very polite and professional.  The first time around, they could not make it out to my house for a few days so Ron knocked down the price for the inconvenience.  The second time around they were scheduled for the same day that I called, but ended up not being able to come due to other jobs running longer than expected.  As a result, I got the price knocked down again for having to wait.  That is great customer service right there!  Now, on to the actual work.  The first time around, for the bathroom sink, there was a pretty bad blockage so the gentleman needed to use a bigger rod but eventually got it draining no problem within 45 minutes.  The second time around, the kitchen sink, they were able to clear the blockage out on the first attempt and were not there longer than a half an hour.  Everything was cleaned up and put back together just like it had been when they got there.  I was a very satisfied customer to say the least.  I would recommend them to anyone, no doubt about it.  Also, prices were very reasonable so if that is a concern, just know that they are true to their name!
