Story

Our mission is to provide each client with a relaxing experience - whether you are with us for spa treatments and/or Yoga, or for a short time or all day. We offer massages, facials, pedicures and manicures, dry saunas, and a hot tub. After treatments you are welcome to sit in our beautiful kitchen surrounded by Darling Hill Views or in summer - outside.

Devan Snyder gave me the hands-down best massage I have ever had, and I've had many. Before we started, I mentioned to Devan that I was experiencing the flutters of a migraine. It quickly became evident that the emerging migraine didn't stand a chance against Devan! She quelled the throbbing temple / eyeball (if you get migraines, you know). Beyond that, I was so relaxed during the massage that I almost fell asleep -- something I didn't want to do because it felt fabulous! Devan now has a client for life. What an asset she is to Stepping Stones Spa. Thank you. The spa / inn is beautiful. Susan, the owner, graciously offered a tour after my massage. Rooms are furnished with just the right touch, footfalls are soft and the aura is unpretentiously plush, calming. There is even an elevator -- the fabulous views from the rooms can be enjoyed whether you climb stairs or not! In all, I now know where to steer visitors and those in need of some pampering: The Stepping Stones Inn & Spa on Darling Hill Road. Thank you!

I can't do negative Stars so they get one... The inn may be nice IDK, I wasn't staying there but Serenity Spa was horrible. Don't waste you $$ going. Buy a bottle of lotion rub it on your self and your experience will be way better!!

My husband and I received a gift certificate for a couples massage, as a wedding gift, around the time the business ownership was changing hands. We were very pleased that the new owner not only honored our gift certificate, but made it a priority to get us in at a time that accommodated our busy schedules. The spa, itself, was clean, comfortable, and, nestled in the heart of the North East Kingdom, radiates beautiful country charm! We found the staff both friendly and professional and provided wonderful services. In fact, they had us in such a relaxed state of mind that we didn't want to leave! We can't wait to come back!

Susan is wonderful and this space is rejuvenating even whether you stay for a yoga class, brunch, or overnight. It is a place I go to to reset and find peace.
