Absolute Wellness Healing Spa is a destination point to integrate healing traditions into our daily lives with spa treatments, fitness, products and wellness rituals. For 10 years, this South Burlington hot spot has been a center for integrating holistic therapies and lifestyle counseling based on the latest breakthroughs in health science.

I absolutely love this place. I have only had great massages here. Tonight I had Mandi and she truly is the best ever. I have never had a therapist know exactly how to do every part of the massage. She knows exactly what your body needs and she does it. The owner is so sweet and really cares about your experience as well.

This was my third visit to the spa for a massage and it gets better each time. Brad was my masseuse for this last visit and he was absolutely wonderful. He found knots in places I didn't know you could have knots! I have and will continue to recommend Absolute Wellness Healing Spa to everyone. Thank you for yet another wonderful experience!! Anne S.

I visited Absolute Wellness last evening after a long hiatus and was so pleasantly received and taken care of. My massage was awesome as usual but the whole experience is nicer due to the attention to detail with the staff, rooms, beds, music, eucalyptus good smells (my choice), ventilation and temps. When you expect the perfect massage its so nice not have any negative distractions to wreck the experience. Will be going back for more. Bob

Each time I visit Absolute Wellness Healing Spa, I leave feeling amazing and free of stress. Everyone I have encountered here goes above and beyond to make sure that you have the best experience possible. I recommend a herbal infused steam sauna and shower followed by a massage. The atmosphere inside the spa is relaxing and breathtaking. Highly recommended!
