The 5 start service I experienced was unexpected, in todays world of BAD customer service the Shafer Group restored my faith through the care and personal touch they spent with me. My taxes are not the norm, from foreign investments and dividends to business travel expenses. The Shafer Group made it easy and actually found mistakes in the accounting service I used in the past and made it their goal to make it right, unbelievable! Special thanks to Yoonmi Kim and the whole Shafer Group their people make the difference.

I've been a business and personal client for over 10 years. Shafer Group does a consistently good job in the entire process of tax strategy, compliance and return accuracy. There were many times where I saved more money in tax liability by taking their planning and execution advice than I paid them in fees for their services. I've always felt like we fully complied with all the tax rules, and that all returns were correct, but that we also didn't miss anything that was helpful either immediately or in future years. I've used Top Ten accounting firms in the past. And sometimes they have their role. But Shafer Group provides personal quality tax advice at service rates far better than bigger firms.

Great easily understood assessments and quick answers to clients' questions. Builds great confidence in the suggested changes to older tax returns.

I have always received great service! I've been a client for about 10 years. I've worked with Vidhya and she is fabulous. I highly recommend The Shafer Group for all your tax needs!!

TSG is simply the best CPA in town, or anywhere. They have saved me thousands of dollars and always have my best interests in mind. The entire staff is professional as well as friendly. I would never use another CPA.
