Such a decline in recent years. Need better anchor stores. More security especially around the holidays. The mall needs more stores geared to an older generation not just teens. A great food court would be wonderful. The mall in Metarie, La has a great food court that is very diverse and always busy. That would help increase the length of the average person's time in the facility.

This place is awful, due to the management and security. First off, security is worthless and they pay a bunch of fat, lazy "guards" to protect the workers and patrons in this sketchy part of town, but they barely do that. Management needs to be replaced IMMEDIATELY to keep this mall running in the years to come. Absolute trash management trying to give fines to people in their parking lot when their car breaks down. They want you to get your broken car towed 100ft away, THEN you may call someone to fix your car. Horrible. I will never shop here again and everyone I come across will know exactly how I feel about the Bel Air mall. You guys truly suck.

We have arrived and notes to shop in the mall we're just going through it and the place is clean and orderly swept her neat and looks like that all of the Easter a peril is out in force. So far we've run it to no staff so it's unsure at the staff is friendly or not but I'm assuming that they are considering there's no crowd in here yet the mall has an open. Also the sector having a sale and there's a number of cell on for sale items and for sale clothings in their having their red. sale so if you're intrested in some good deals it looks like they've got some going on today.

I think they did amazing job renovating the location but still it falls way short of being memorable compared to National malls. Unfortunately your shopping experience will most likely be unpleasant due to the large amount of juveniles and young adults left unsupervised.

This mall sucks, it has more like a 1974 rustic California Mall type theme going . Alabama really needs to get its stuff together !
