Friendly, welcoming, courteous staff.  One of the best massages I have had. Osiel was amazing, BOOK with him!!! Loved the atmosphere of the facility.

My first trip to The Skin and Body Refinery today and it definitely won’t be my last.  Not only are my lashes beautiful but the staff treat you like you’re part of the family.  Looking forward to many more visits.  See you in 2 weeks.........
