I went there as a first time laser hair removal customer. I told the esthetichian that I wanted to keep the hair on top and the rest should go. I even held up a triangle with my hands indicating what I wanted to KEEP. She did completely the opposite and being new I didn't realize it was happening during. I asked before I left my appointment if she made sure to do my labia and she assured me yes. When I booked my next appointment and told them about the confusion and that I looked like a half pre pubescent child, and would like some sort of deal on my next appointment they asked me to come in. I had to take off work to make it to the appointment and when I came in the acted as if I was a money grubbing idiot who would be better suited somewhere else. They didn't even ask to look at their job.  They also burned my skin and it scabbed over. Take the hit and go to ideal image.They actually know what they are doing.
