Worst service. When I paid for service she charged additional $5.00 for halfway blow drying my daughter's hair. Nowhere on their price sigh does it list a charge for blow drying hair. I have never been charged for it before. She said it's $5.00 to finger blow dry or $10.00 to use a brush. I said next time you should ask because I would not have paid that. She did not remove the charge and I will never go back there.

I was new to the area and the young lady (Natalie or Natasha---not sure of her name) did exactly what I asked of her. I appreciate her attentiveness and professionalism that she has given to me. I will return for her to cut my hair again. Thank you for doing such a great job. I will be seeing you again within the next week. I'm a little late writing my review however I am grateful for your kindness.

So, I have been going here for quite a long time and am using the online check in. Don't waste your time because walking get the same time frame. It really irks me and I will find somewhere that is not just trying to get any business any way they can.

The details are too lengthy, suffice it to say they know how to cut hair one way--badly. We both were very specific in what we wanted and were totally ignored by the barbers. I should have known when every male who was in front of me left with the same buzz-cut style. Never again at this location. Back to Braelinn.
