Great place, we loved it! Awesome martini bar and restaurant. Small place so even if you have a reservation, you may have to wait to get a seat during the dinner rush. Dining room is much quieter than the bar area, but we enjoyed the lively mood in the bar and felt free to talk and laugh and not feel like we were too loud. The service is amazing!  The manager gave us personal attention and our waitress/bartender was very helpful and catered to us!  We never felt rushed and our courses were brought out for us so we didn't have to rush and could enjoy each one and our cocktails.  The Oprah martini was excellent and the dessert martinis recommended by our waitress were exactly what we were looking for.   Amble menu selection with enough variety to please most parties.

This place is amazing, and whoever gave it one star is obviously a big dummy. Patrick is a great owner and Sean does an amazing job and Ashley is one of the best bartenders/servers in the entire SCV.

This is a great restaurant. It only suffers from its own success! There is usually a wait for a table and there is NO parking anywhere in this mostly residential neighborhood. Yet, despite these two issues this restaurant is not to be missed! We loved our omelettes and each was perfectly prepared and had all fresh ingredients.

This is the best place, not only in SCV, but in the greater Los Angeles area! Don't let the storefront entrance fool you, this place comes to you with the full fine dining experience complete with napkins placed in your laps upon seating, crumb scraper after courses, an aerated decanter for your bottle of wine if you want it, and service like you've never known. We've been coming here for years, and Patrick (the owner) is amazing! He remembers faces and personally takes time to check in at every table, doing wine service when appropriate, and being on top of simply everything! Best food at a restaurant I've ever had! I spend hours dreaming and salivating about the lobster bisque, and the bacon wrapped scallops are to die for! They make a duck breast to rival my favorite chef's, and the steaks are prepared as perfectly as if you were at a top rated steak house. Dessert menu is amazing, and all delicious, but we seldom save room!

Great service, amazing food. We had a few cocktails in the bar before dinner. I sampled a cucumber martini which was delicious. Had the calamari appetizer, perfectly cooked, very lightly breaded with tasty dipping sauce. Ordered the halibut for dinner which was cooked to perfection.
