The workers at the SOURCE ELECTRONIC store treat me beyond.  The staff working there are very polite and respectful.  They  are truly  PEOPLE person s especially with  older people.  They are very good with older people and  explain  things to older people.

We were able to find the products we needed quickly and easily. Customer service was nice enough but they forgot to unlock the security tags and take them off of our eletronics. Somehow we managed to walk out of the store w/ them on and not set off the beeping. We noticed later and had to go back to have them all removed.

it's a small store. they are nice and helpful. it's also a drop off spot for purolator. I'm glad that store is there. 5 stars.. if that store wasn't there, we would be hurting for a purolator drop..

Staff was attentive and helped to try and track down what I was looking for.  The Source did not have what I needed, but the Staff Brenda took my contact details and offered to do a search for the part.  She got back to me by email later that day with the contact details of one of her suppliers that she felt could find something for me at a cheaper price.  Great customer service... Thanks!

Ordered a new keyboard for my laptop in May and never got it and they do not call you when stuff is in or ready for pick up. They are to expensive as well.  Best Buy is the better place for gettng good service. They are on top of everything especially calling you when product is ready or giving you information on what needs to be done

The staff is above and beyond friendly however I wish the owners took more pride in their store I wish they would put out laptops for display and fix their phone display which looks like it's thrown together and they can't be bothered to put an out of stock sticker instead they direct you to a case near the desk ... What's the point of the display  it would also help if the owner put in an effort to fix the severely outdated computer systems so that employees don't lose out on sales due to poor money management on the owners behalf . Their computer systems are so slow I've seen people walk out ... They don't have enough stock and when they do it's thrown near the back instead of facing the doors and being opened for everyone to see or even being in plain sight . The associates are so awesome the owners allowing their business to continue to look like this and make it a horrible place for their employees to work not so much

Charged $75.00 plus tax to partially dismantle not repair my son's laptop. Unable to repair but still charged full price. As technicians, they should have known that they couldn't completely dismantle and repair this particular model. This is not great for a person on a budget who now has to buy a new laptop. Poor customer relations. He feels as though he has been robbed. This store is NOT a Source franchise.

The staff at this particular store have always been helpful and friendly, but I stopped shopping at The Source years ago when Bell bought The Source. Bell is absolutely the worst company in Canada and as such they, or their affiliates, won't be seeing a dime from me.

I’ll admit the source is rarely a place I will spend money these days, but Greg in Elliot Lake was amazing for helping me with a small custom soldering project free of charge.  I appreciate the service, thanks for the help guys. :
