I read the reviews and about did not go in, but I went and glad that I did. I went in twice and they could not of been better at customer service. I ended up buy a LG Oled and Yamaha 2700 sound projector. Great price and I will go back for more. Thanks so much!!!!

Most people go to a family operated business for the customer service and to spend money locally. The male "owner" in his 50's - what a tool... Any who, went home and ordered on Amazon what I needed (not to mention saved roughly 25%). How they are still in business is nothing short of a miracle.

Went in to get an estimate on purchasing a new TV with a wall mount install. Sales person asked when I was looking to buy and I told him around April.  He said he can't accurately show me anything because all the new models are coming in soon and refused to show or attempt to sell me a television.  Practically got into an argument with sales person and then another guy who was possibly the owner.  I admit I don't know that much about televisions.  I thought their job was to explain their products to me.  They had no interest in gaining my business.  One of the worst sales experiences I've ever had.  I don't write negative reviews, that's how terrible my experience was.
