There's not a whole lot going on here, unfortunately. I'm not really sure what the developers were thinking. With that said, however, the food court is clean and looks nice, and seems to have a few good options. We ate at the ramen place on the floor below, and it was decent food with good service. The movie theater is new and looks pretty nice, but I haven't actually seen a film here. All in all, though, this place is a failure until they get more tenants. It feels like walking around in a ghost town as it is.

It really has the potential to be a great outdoor mall if only it knows how to pitch well to the right stores. Right now it's abandoned and empty. There are a few restaurants, a 4D movie theater, a food court, and some stores but no one really bothers checking out these pricey stores. The area itself is beautiful and spacious, perfect for lots of lounging around and entertainment. But because it's all Korean favored, it's not gonna appeal to everyone.

Still a lot to do in this mall. It's strange that not all the stores are open yet. The location is great and has a lot of potential but something is going on here.

I've been going the Cortina's for 45 plus years. That sums it up. It's a place to go for all you need Italian groceries/deli, cheese and fresh baked bread of all sorts and fantastic pizza snd subs just to name two things that will also have you coming back.

No problem with this place but it's getting crowded. May need more parking lots. Still so many stores not open yet. Love to go to CGV theater. Good luck.
