Was there for New Year's Eve dinner.  Food was fine for buffet food.  It was nice.  We mostly enjoyed visiting with our party.  It was VERY disappointing that they had no dancing.  There was DJ in another room, but NO DANCE FLOOR - what's up with that?  Singer/guitarist in the dining room were good.

Everything about this hotel is wonderful. The service from when you first walk in to when you walk out is top notch. Everyone is respectful and greets you with a warm smile. I have never felt so pampered and well taken care of. I will definitely stay at a four seasons again soon.

I really liked the hotel. The service was exceptional! The rooms in the hotel are very big as well. They have japanese decor all over the place and it looks great. Very recommended.

Beautiful hotel in a great location with excellent parking. Large rooms with comfortable beds and a very friendly staff. We are diamond Hyatt members and received free breakfasts and a complimentary basket of fruit and bottle of wine on arrival. We did not have to ask for it!

This was a repeat stay, but the entire team is very focused on the guests and the property is perfect for those that want to retreat and never leave (and visit the spa, etc) or those that want to schedule day trips to hike the mountains, visit the Reagan Library, or any of the other sightseeing locations within Southern California.
