Great place to relax once there but the first impression isn't great.  The place looks dated and the entrance is quite disappointing. All you have is a small sign leading to an elevator behind a double door or a nondescript staircase. Not really inviting given its price point. The services for adults and teens alike were okay but WAYYY overpriced. I get it, they're the only spa in town so they can name their price, but it really is a ripoff when they automatically add a 20% gratuity to EVERY service, regardless of how small.  For a couples Swedish massage (don't bother) and a teen facial the cost came to $504?!  Save your money and get it done somewhere closer to home.

Always friendly staff and the tech are top notch. Make it a point to go once a month and wish I could do more.

We took a wrong turn and were  a few minutes late.  When we arrived at the spa, we waited in line while two very busy desk attendants were trying to answer allergy questions, etc., and it took us several minutes to get checked in.  We then waited for someone to come get us, but not before we paid our bill, $168 total for a 50 minute massage.  No one ever mentioned that we would not get a full 50 minute massage due to the fact that we were late (to which I called and spoke with them twice documenting our progress).  They did not offer to reschedule for us, even knowing we were there for awhile that day; nor did they tell us we would not be getting a FULL MASSAGE, EVEN THOUGH WE PAID FULL AMOUNT.  The massage was mediocre at best.  I got my back massaged, for about 20 minutes, that's it.  VERY EXPENSIVE.  I have a lady I use who gives me a full hour for $50, and I don't ache the way I do today.  Atmosphere is nice, but too busy for my liking.  Felt like I was in a herd being moved from one location to the other just to get as many people in there as possible.  If you weren't going to give me my full massage, then why the hell did you charge me the full amount????  You certainly made A LOT OF money yesterday if the amount of people was any indication.  Oh, and please inform your massager people to freaking introduce themselves and explain what you are to do.  This was our first visit there.  We had no clue.

Was very clean, great relaxing atmosphere, professional staff, but that swimming pool has WAY to much chemical additives!  Hours later my eyes as well as my kids eyes are bloodshot red, itchy, watery and burning.  For a $320 spa package a complimentary alcoholic beverage would be nice and as far as the men's locker room...come on Hotel Hershey...right guard is the best you can do for deodorant?  The place is nice but it is a freakin maze trying to navigate from massage to pool to bar is a task most difficult with chemical burned eyes.

On 1/25/16 I spent several very enjoyable hours at the spa enjoying several treatments.  The last service I had was a manicure.  I chose a pale color polish that was supposed to last a week and be easy to remove.  It did last almost a full week and was indeed easy to remove with polish remover.  However, 3 nails on my right hand now have yellow staining.
When I wasn't able to remove the stains with lemon juice I called the salon at the spa but had to leave a voice mail.  No one called me back.
I called again a couple weeks later and left a voice mail for the salon manager.....no one has called me back.
I only wanted to inquire if they were aware of this happening and did they have a suggestion for removing the ugly stains!  
I probably will visit the spa again but would NEVER again have a nail service there!  Beware!!
