Everyone is very friendly, and helpful. They are knowledgeable and were able to any every question we asked.  The furniture is also of good quality.  We have shopped here before and will continue to do so.

The manager herself helped us find exactly what we were looking for.  We had had experiences with two other local furniture stores, one in which we found exactly the right piece of furniture, however, because the dealer was not forthcoming in answering our questions, we walked out and away from that deal.  It was a good thing because we found an upgrade at Furniture Row for just a few dollars more.  Brooke dealt with us honestly, with integrity, and I will pay extra for that gladly.

I so want to rate them lower due to a horrid experience picking furniture up,  but our salesman Matt was excellent,  and the furniture was high quality. Almost made up for one bad experience.

Bought a kitchen table and chairs, took two weeks to come in. I was out of state when it did, told tgem I woukd pick it up in two weeks. Got there to pick it up on a Monday, they told me "we haven't assembled it yet, please come back tomorrow." Came back the next day, Manager David says, "our warehouse dock is closed Tuesday's,  you'll have to come back tomorrow." Luckily the guy who told me to come back that day saw me, and convinced David to give me my furniture. Then, only the chairs, not the table were assembled.

Wife convinced me to go back to look at dressers, and had a great experience with salesman Matt, and are having it delivered this time.

They have a great selection and great price. Jake is amazing and he is very patient. I will definitely buy furniture from them again.

The quality of the furniture is horrible. Beware that they will do everything they can to sell you a warranty plan and will promise that it covers any issue with the furniture. A year later and the solid wood top is peeling on a table and the enamel on a wooden bed is cracking. When you call for help they will refuse to help you and will tell you that it is a warranty issue. Your warranty claim will also be denied. Go somewhere else and buy quality furniture that will last.  Don't fall for their gimmicks.
