I have buying from Jenkins home center for years now. They have given great service and when I had a problem with some furniture it was taken care of by Jody Jenkins, he went out of his way to make the problem right. I would suggest Jenkins home center for anyone looking for great service and quality home furnishings. Thank you Jody Jenkins for going above and beyond to make a customer happy.

The prices are decent and the furniture I've bought from here in the past was also good. The reason for my 1 star rating is the treatment I've recently received from this store. Two years ago I moved to Carlsbad and immediately needed furniture. I went to Jenkins and found what I needed. I met Rhonda the mgr and immediately felt welcomed. I made a purchase and came back several times. I recently visited the store again and was treated as if I was not good enough to purchase furniture anymore. I was treated like a second class citizen. Rhonda the store manager whom once was eager to earn my business ignored me. I walked out dissatisfied with the service I received. I've attempted to call the store to speak to her thinking maybe it was just a bad day. Until Friday January 27, 2017 at 4:00 pm, I was told by the lady answering the phone my business was no longer needed and Rhonda had more important clients to speak with. My advice to you is this. If you want a quick fix on great furniture, this is the place to go. But a relationship with a quality company to spend your hard earned money it is not.

Excellent floor staff that was very helpful but not pushy with the best furniture selection in town. I can honestly say it is a family oriented business! I'll definitely be giving my business to Jenkins Home Center from here on out! I highly recommend giving them your business, you’ll be glad you did!

Every time I've been to Jenkins Home Center, the store is beautifully stocked and well organized. They have a great selection of furniture for a wide variety of styles. Good quality products and service that can't be beat!

This store has been a long time established business that KNOWS what is available and how to get it for you if it isn't in stock. Their job is to make you and your budget happy! Always loved my purchases from Jenkins!
