The Springs took care of my brother at the worst time of our lives. Shelby and Dom were the best funeral directors. Very professional as well as caring. I would never use another funeral home. Thank you for all you do!!!!!!!

Words can not describe the education level of the staff. They are amazing because they care. It is more than just a funeral home they are family.

They made the cremation process of my daughter the worst they ever could have. Called them and told them we were coming to drop something off to be put with her before they started the process they said ok just make sure you get it here before 4pm. We dropped everything off and my husband asked if they knew what time she would be cremated they said they don't know the exact time but they knew that it would be done that day (Wednesday) and she would be ready to be picked up by Thursday or the latest Friday. We stopped in Friday expecting to pick up her ashes when they told my husband she hasn't been cremated yet. Ok well maybe they made a mistake and got the days mixed up on Wednesday when they said she would definitely be cremated. The lady told us she would 100% be ready to pick up on Saturday. I called Saturday afternoon and they told me she is scheduled to be cremated MONDAY. I lost it and asked to speak to a manager. The manager told me she would be cremated that day and be ready for pick up Sunday by 2pm. And thankfully that time they actually did what they said they were going to do after lying and changing their story up two times. She was supposed to be cremated Wednesday, then it went to Saturday and then Sunday. I was also told if I wanted to see my daughter before she was cremated I would have to pay $390. They said they needed to know that I wanted to see her again before they even picked her up from the hospital, or else I couldn't. Well don't you think that's something you should ask the families that just lost their loved one? How is anyone supposed to know you can't see them again unless you tell the funeral home before they even pick the person up, if you aren't told about that "policy". On top of what my husband and I were already dealing with, the loss of our newborn daughter, Springs Funeral Services made the whole situation so much worse. I absolutely do NOT recommend them.

I would like to thank Dom and staff for there professional work and patience for what they had to go through to take care of my brother. Unfortunately they had to deal with the pests that crawled out of the woodwork! So I give thanks to the springs for their professional staff not letting none family members try to steal my brother. The springs went that extra steps to stop and help our real family and friends bring my little brother home. Exceptional and Superior service. As for the candy Hamilton statement. Well you just can't fix ignorance. She had a bad experience because she is no family and tried to sue the home because they wouldn't give up my brother to non family. For shame on her. Thank you again springs your work speaks for itself. 10 STARS and 2 thumbs up!!!!!!

This is in response to Candy Hamilton's review. First, I want to say that The Springs Funeral Service has done nothing but treat our family with the utmost respect at this time of sadness. They have done what they had to do to protect themselves from a piranha that has no business being a part of this tragedy. The cremation was scheduled to take place within two days of our loved ones passing. This woman and her son stepped in and have caused nothing but heart-wrenching grief for a family that just wants to lay their loved one to rest. They are the ones that have held up this process for over eight weeks, and then asked for a photo of his body after he had been deceased for six weeks! Who does that!!! Candy chose to take her son away from his father 18 years ago and had him adopted by her husband. The father was never allowed to see the child or have anything to do with him and now they want to claim the remains of their "loved one!" Give me a break!!! They are not family and are not next of kin! She had him sign that right away a long time ago. The review that she has posted here is nothing but a bunch of lies because she is not getting her way. Paul and his staff have been amazing during this terrible time that has just been made worse by a fanatical imbecile and her child. Please do not let what she has said sour your opinion of this establishment. Thank you.
