So I LOVED our stay at The St. Regis. It was like a second honeymoon for my husband and I. It was a nice break from parenting and work. We came with a small group. We were staying on the seventh floor and had the most amazing view! The Deluxe Suite was gorgeous. 

The reason I am leaving three stars, is because of the staff. I am in shock at how judgmental and horrible they were. The first incident that happened: We were at the pool and had a friend walk in. A man employee stopped him and told him “Sir you need to leave immediately. We don’t allow people off of the street to just come and hangout at our hotel.” As our friend tried to explain to him he was indeed a guest at the hotel, the employee refused to believe him leaving to look up his room number and name. Absolutely horrible! Second incident : my husband went out with friends to go ride Razors in the mountains. They were there for hours; got dirty and had a great time. As they came back, an employee explained to them they could not come in as they were not paying guests when they were. Again, this other employee refused to believe them and had to look up their information. He couldn’t believe they were staying and ask “do you work here or something? Why are you here?” As if they didn’t belong. I understand if you need to check if someone is staying at your resort.... but there are more humble and kind ways to go about it than being ignorant. I understand insanely rich and famous people come to stay here, but I have very wealthy friends whom by their appearance you wouldn’t know they were a CEO. You need to think before you speak because you don’t know who you are talking to; and anyways you should treat EVERY one with kindness and respect no matter what.

The first night of our stay, I was calling family telling them I wanted us to all come for a winter stay; and now I don’t think I’d want any of my family to experience that negative atmosphere. It is BEAUTIFUL, but horrible employees. I’d rather stay at one of the surrounding resorts who have kind employees.The mananger was very kind and the ladies at the front desk!

Wonderful place. A bit busy. If you are looking for a romantic getaway, avoid during school holidays. Food prices a bit mad. Oats served in the library (not main breakfast area) will set you back $14. But then it is the St Regis and it is still great!

Just spent the night here!. Fantastic!. Bring the kids and friends and it's always a great time!!. Will be here for another week before we go back down to Salt Lake!. We live in he city but this is an amazing home away from home!. Beautiful pool! Great staff!!. And the food is fantastic!. My wife is always pleased!!. I love it!. The shops here in Park City are mostly family owned!. There's a pizza place on Main that has the best pizza!. Everything is about 5 to 7 minutes away from this hotel!. Wonderful Customer service will def. Be back!

While pricey, the experience is worth it. Impeccable service and staff, exceptional scenic beauty, and fantastic food and drinks. Here for a wedding and an unforgettable experience.

This property is typically a 5 star all day long. On our last stay they had problems with a room near us making lots of noise all throughout the evening. After 5 conversations with the front desk a day later we finally had a new room.  Resort and staff are typically exceptional.
