I would score this property a zero or negative number if possible. Fair warning, PURCHASE TRIP INSURANCE BEFORE BOOKING WITH THIS PROPERTY. This facility allows, NO CANCELLATIONS within 60 days of your reservation. As a destination for skiing one MIGHT think this establishment would have an ounce of compassion/flexibility for a guest suffering a traumatic injury prior to their arrival. NOT THE CASE. The staff has INFLEXIBLE, HAD ZERO COMPASSION for the situation, AND RUDE. I booked a reservation for a ski vacation and then suffered a compound fracture ending my ski season days later. I am non-weight bearing for six weeks. Travel is uncomfortable and inconvenient at best. I was heart broken about the injury and having to cancel the trip. I called to cancel my reservation as soon as I got home from the hospital. I could not reach anyone, and left several messages. I then resorted to email. The email reply basically said, you are SOL No offer to re-schedule to next season, no offer to refund the portion of expenses not paid to the owner (i.e. cleaning fee, taxes, etc.), just a re-statement of their cancellation policy. IF MY EXPERIENCE IS ANY INDICATOR OF THE CUSTOMER SERVICE YOU WILL RECEIVE ONCE YOU ARRIVE AT THE PROPERTY, YOU WILL BE VERY DISAPPOINTED. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Holy s*** this place was fun. My wife and I had a blast on our honeymoon. The suite was well furnished and comfortable. The whole place was clean, I loved the tile in the bathroom and the granite countertops. We hit the hot tub everyday we were there after the slopes. The free trolly runs right in front of the building and takes you straight to the transit center. We caught the red route and boom you're at Payday or crescent in minutes. The staff was local and friendly, and Wasatch brew pub is literally across the street. That place is excellent, too. I highly recommend.

Right smack in the middle of park city. Accessible to the resorts. Great place to start hiking.

Great confortable rooms, with full kitchen and all the other memories you'd expect. Well located on the upper end of main street, making it quiet. Short walk to the nearest ski lift down the road. Close to shops and a great Mexican restaurant below.

We stayed 3 🌃 here and it was great. The rooms look like apartments. Big living room, big kitchen, a huge bed room. The lady who checked us in was very nice and friendly. She checked us in early to. She even lived in our neighbor city in CA before moving here. Oh there is also a hot tub out side and we are lucky enough to have it next to our room. At the end of the hallway on the first floor you'll find the blue iguana restaurant.
