We've had a unit there for several years. Nancy has always been very pleasant and courteous even when she is super busy in the office. The property is always clean and maintained. I would recommend this facility to anyone needing storage solutions. Also the on-site security puts your mind at ease. GREAT PLACE!

The staff the The Storage Place in Mesquite TX are amazing, friendly, courteous, honest, very efficient, and fun! I had a great time with all of the staff at the desk and I appreciated their going the extra mile to assure that everything was right according to our needs. Thank you greatly!

We rented here in the past and we came back because of the service that we received from Ms.  Nancy.  She was very professional, courteous, works really hard and truly cares about the property.  Even when she is busy she is courteous.  Please get her some help I would really hate for y’all to loose such a wonderful worker by wearing her out.

This facility is well maintained. When I arrived at my storage unit I was surprised at how clean it was. Immaculate! More than enough room for me, but the staff said they could put me on a wait list for a smaller unit I which I thought was accommodating on their part. The next day my wife met my daughter to retrieve one of the furniture pieces there. Then a day or two later, the staff notified me that the lock had not been put in place properly so I thanked them and went by to ensure everything was okay (no problems) and to install the lock plate correctly. This was an oversight on our part, but a big thank you to Elena for contacting me and giving me a heads up. Great staff, great facility and a  safe location. I would highly recommend this location.

My husband and I needed to do some major spring cleaning and also wanted to really declutter our space so we decided to check it out. We absolutely love how clean this place is and how comfortable it feels to come here anytime we need to. I've had a storage unit in the past and have been to many others but this one is honestly the most well kept facility I've ever laid eyes on inside and out! 

I love the climate controlled units and how they truly are climate controlled (some places say that but still have it hot and sweltering inside). Nancy helped us and took amazing care of us by showing us around and making us feel comfortable about what we were doing renting with them. I'd recommend them to anyone I know!
